Support to the emergence of new talents is provided through a training programme adapted to various profiles. Several training schemes have been set up, allowing young talents to enroll in a professional programme:

• New Images Careers
Aimed at young people aged 18 to 29 (without training, unemployed).
Since 2016, The New Images Careers project, offered as part of the Grande École du Numérique, the École régionale du Numérique and the Youth Employment Initiative programme, offers a 4-months video mapping training, including theory and practical training, internship placement, job coaching and an individual production.

• Workshops for Higher Education Institutions
Aimed at students in Higher Education Institutions of Creation..
The aim of the workshops is to raise awareness regarding video mapping and to bring a video mapping training into the European Higher Education Institutions of Creation, including Animation or Video Game European Schools.
Every year, a 4-days creative challenge is organised as part of the Video Mapping Festival. The works created during this challenge are then displayed during the Opening night of the Festival in Lille.

• Professional training
Aimed at professionals already active in the fields of animation, audiovisual, digital arts, etc. wanting to complete their skills.
Every year, the Video Mapping European Center organises a general video mapping training during 2 or 3 weeks, covering every profession. Further knowledges enhancements sessions can also be proposed.
The POEC training (Collective Operational Preparation for Employment) is also organised every year.
The professional trainings are organised with the support of Pôle Emploi, AFDAS, Noranim and the Fresnoy, Studio national des arts contemporains.
