Rencontres Audiovisuelles organise audiovisual creation workshops around innovative techniques:

Video mapping workshops

Video mapping is a technique of projection on volumes. Most of the time, it is used on the facades of public buildings or on objets, for visual performances that can be narrative or poetic.

Rencontres Audiovisuelles offer mapping workshops of 12 hours minimum in all type of structure, and for various audiences (adults, children), during which participants can create videos adapted to a chosen volume, and discover their creations during a public showing.

These workshops help to highlight the heritage of the city, offer a festive and spectacular event, and introduce a group of inhabitants to this new innovative digital creation form.

Films shot with Smartphones

Rencontres Audiovisuelles organise workshops of a few hours to create a “pocket film”, from the writing to the shooting, enabling participants to understand the constraints related to directing a film with this particular device.

Time: throughout the year
Place: Hauts-de-France region
